I wouldn't see why not, but when I went to Mexico I never saw it on the menus.  

We ate a lot of vegetable type soups, enchiladas, quesadillas, nachos, and even cactus.  I enjoyed the different cuisine, but I couldn't wait to come home and have some good ol' American food again.
