We have always had equal rights in Mexico. There is discrimination of course, but the law is clear, everyone is equal. Also, you are an ignorant, black people has NOTHING to do with Mexico. Maybe with some illegal immigrants, but they are not Mexicans.

Only in America, actually. In the rest of the world, they have had equal rights for longer than in America, and it was quite independent from the granting of civil rights in America. America is not the world, just thought I'd point that out.
