I'd say defense, one mistake can make the goal. Mid asks for a lot of Physical Condition but when a team can work with little Mid and more Defense than with no defense at all.

I don't think positions in football can actually be compared...But when a midfielder does a good job it's the most noticed thing in the game. They have to always be in action, not "save" themselves [Although, Unfortunately, Some Do] and be the base of the game. But eh some just prefer chilling out and not doing a d**n thing. Ah well. Not an easy job that's for sure, though.
