Do Middle Easterners?

Do something similar to the the gypsies when they say "Ole!" or like the greeks who say "Opa!"?

I was just wondering,do they say something too at parties and things like that?

yes we just say gods  name (ALLAH )

Yes.. We say "ALLAHUAKBAR"... This great word is booming all the time in our lives, but not in parites...
