Do Mums come up every year?

Annual=only one year

Keep in mind, even if it says perenial, it is going to depend on where you live and how cold it gets.

If they are garden mums yes, rarely potted mums that you buy from the grocery store survive the Winter , you can plant them in early Spring and late Summer.

They can be planted in the spring,summer or fall.There will be a label that tells if it is the perennial kind.They are a beautiful flower and come in so many different colors and kinds.

Yes the do. In NW PA the best planting time is in the fall. Garden Centers will be full of blooming plants. Bring them home, plant and enjoy this fall and they bloom every fall after that.
