  1. Depends.

    Perenial=comes up every year

    Annual=only one year

    Keep in mind, even if it says perenial, it is going to depend on where you live and how cold it gets.


  2. If they are garden mums yes, rarely potted mums that you buy from the grocery store survive the Winter , you can plant them in early Spring and late Summer.

  7. Yes the do. In NW PA the best planting time is in the fall. Garden Centers will be full of blooming plants. Bring them home, plant and enjoy this fall and they bloom every fall after that.
