  1. "Dont listen to below answers"

Bob, since you do not allow any other answers besides your own, I will offer the following question instead.

If Gabriel told Mary that Jesus was Lord and later Gabriel told Muhammad that Jesus was just a prophet--isn't someone lying?

One of them is Gabriel, the other is posing as Gabriel.

    2 Corinthians 11:14

Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.

That is why Paul emphatically warns...

    Galatians 1:8-9

If we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.

    In other words...

If a gnostic text, a Muslim, Mormon, Gabriel, Moroni, tries to push some other Jesus on you other than the one found in the Bible, let them be anathema (ie condemned to the lowest parts of perdition).

  2. they think he was a prophet

but they think that Muhamadd was the most important prophet

  3. Yes in a way.  A messiah, not the only messiahs.

  4. yes we do.

  5. Allah is a moon god with a false prophet called Mohammad.

  6. He was one of the many messengers of God, but not the last Messenger.  We do not believe he was the Messiah.

  7. Muslims believe that Jesus was a prophet. God told Jesus to spread the Islamic faith, just like the other prophets.

  8. >> do Muslims, believe that Jesus Christ was the Messiah?

The Qur'an certainly says He was -- just not the Son of God.  The Qur'an speaks of Jesus (Isa) in much the same light as the Bible -- the main difference being that the Qur'an does not accept Him as God [3.62] or the Son of God [4.171][5.116].  The Qur'an says that Jesus is the son of Mary (Marium) [3.45][4.171], Born of a Virgin [3.47], a Good Man [6.85], a Man of Truth [2.87], a Man of Justice [4.159], a Wise Man [43.63], an Apostle of God [4.171][61.6], filled with the Holy Spirit [2.87][5.110], a Prophet of God [2.136][3.84], a True Miracle Worker [2.253], a True Healer [5.110], the Messiah [3.45][4.171], Created by God [3.59], Sent by God [5.46], Favored by God [5.110], Terminated by God [3.55][5.117], Ascended to God [3.55], and Forerunner of the Prophet Muhammad [61.6].

However, since the Qur'an states that the Bible is also the True Word of God [29:45-47], then one must accept that truth, too -- that Jesus was God and the Son of God according to the Bible (John 1:1-3,14).

    God bless.

  9. There are different opinions among Muslims  Some believe Jesus has been raised up to Heaven alive and will return as a Muslim.  He will defeat Dajjal (Antichrist).  Some Muslims believe Jesus was just a prophet and died.  None believe He was crucified.  Muhammad was just their last and best prophet, but he doesn't return to save anyone.  It's Jesus and Iman Mahdi.  If Jesus is a prophet and comes after Muhammad, doesn't that mean Jesus is the last prophet and not Mo?

  10. They believe that Jesus was a prophet; Muhammad is viewed as their messiah.

  11. They believe that Jesus was A messiah, but not THE messiah.  Of course they seem to mean something different by "messiah" than what Jews and Christians mean by it.

  12. Yes, but as a  Prophet,

  13. Yes, we call him 'Isa Massih, translated as Jesus, the Messiah.

But only as a Prophet, not God

Dont listen to below answers, we do not believe Muhammad (saw) to be the messiah

  14. They consider Jesus just another prophet, and believe that Jesus was a Muslim.  Apparently, they are not able to realize that it's just impossible for Jesus to belong to a religion that didn't exist by his ministry times, not to mention that it's even more impossible to even think that ALL written facts about Jesus being a Jew would be wrong.  Islam was founded 620 years AFTER Jesus by the Prophet Muhammad.

  15. Yes Sure we do.. and It was mentioned in the Holy Quran as well "Issa el Messiah Maryam's Son" which is translated into "Jesus the Messiah Mary's son"

  16. They believe he was a Prophet.  But not the Final Prophet.

  17. Jews and Christians certainly don't agree what the word "Messiah" means.  I don't know what the Muslim definition is.  The original definition is the savior of the Jewish people.  In this context, "savior" means on Earth, not a ticket to heaven.

  18. we believe Jesus is our prophet. (as well as Moses and Muhammed) to Sunset:

Allah is NOT a moon God. if you cannot provide correct or truthful answers, then please do not answer at all. you may have offended some of us in the process.

p.s. it's rude to give someone thumbs down because they are stating a fact on THEIR own belief. it does not matter if you agree or disagree, many of you are not even muslim! be polite and courteous to other people's beliefs. it's a shame that many of you are adults too!

we believe that he is a messiah, before the day of judgement, he will come to earth and rule for 40 years. we call him Ruhul Qutz (holy ghost) traslated best as possible in english.

  19. No. Muhamed  was.

  20. No.

It doesn't matter, because he didn't exist.
