To drive ON the rez, depends on the rez.

but usually NO.

To drive OFF the rez, absolutely you need a license.

you even need a fishing license to fish off rez.

On OUR side of the fence it's what ever nation , on THEIR side of the fence it's the USA.

Last time I checked if you were born in America that makes you a native of America (native American), so yes, you need a drivers license issued by the state if you were born in America.
