Do Niacin supplements help to increase circulation and heal areas with poor blood flow?

I am considering trying Niacin supplements to help heal an injury in the inside of the knee, where blood flow is supposed to be poor. I heard that Niacin dilates blood vessels and can increase blood flow. Is that true? Can it help bring more blood flow to the knee? Thanks

  1. Niacin (B3) is needed for proper circulation.

  2. they make your blood rush and your head and your skin turns red,and you get really hot and you can't sit still for like 3 hours and you pee alot... but h**l you wanna do it have at it

  3. Be careful with it.  Heres a link:

  4. The flushing reaction is a superficial capillary dialation. This will not affect deep circulation to body areas so the answer is no. Niacin will not improve circulation to body areas like the knee.
