Do Northeast Chinese people look like Russian Whites...?

or do people on the other side of the border (in Russia) there look like Chinese people??

I am interested in the change in culture and appearances on the borders of two countries.

in xinjiang province and northeast .there are some people look like russian whites.they are russian descent.. and they marry chinese Han nationality people.....i found chinese russian  never mind

marry us east-asian people..^..^

so now some of them aren't so  like pure russian.even many people can't speak russian...

there are 55 minorities in china.and russuan nationality also is one of them...and  there are Tajik ,Kazakh ,udzibiyeka uksura,Khalkhas ,Tatar ..most of them are in xinjiang province of china....

they are all caucasian..right?

the two countries are located so close together, it is not surprising that they could have connected.
