Do OPKs work when taking clomid to help conceive and also have PCOS?

I'm due to start taking clomid in about a week or so and just wanted to know if the ovulation strips will work properly or if i should just chart my temps to work out when i ovulate on clomid?

OPKs don't always work for women with PCOS. YOu may get multiple positive readings due to increased LH levels. Combine them with charting for better results.
