  1. No not generally, but you can have some slightly loose stool in the beginning when taking them.


  2. Have you checked the expiry date?? if it's still good, maybe

    try to take them with you food rather than on an empty stomach...

  3. No, they shouldn't make you bloat unless you don't digest oils properly. Bibi is right that some people have some loose stools when they first start taking some of them (especially flax because of the fiber), but that doesn't last long (a few days at the most).

    If in the unlikely event you do bloat up from it and you're not eating straight flaxseed, you could take some lipase, which is the enzyme that helps you digest lipids more efficiently. Aside from that, there's very little chance that it would happen. Good luck!
