Do Ontario universities look at grade 11 or 12?

Hi i am living in saskatoon saskatchewan and i am planing to come down to ontario for university. I was wondering that what will they look at on their website they say admission will be based on grade 12 with an avg of b+ is that right what do you guys think will is my admission going to be based on 11 or 12 and im not looking for early acceptance im looking for regular admission

I'm thinking of going to Ontario as well, and if you're looking for just regular admission, then I'M PRETTY SURE they just look at your Grade 12 grades.
