you bet they do.  it's kinda like a 'secret scent';  you won't smell them, per se, but you'll know they're there.  You could take two identical persons in looks and actions, and have them emit different pheromones.  The result is you'll be crazy about one and not care about the other.  And since s*x involves very close contact, those pheromones are the make or break thing about a relationship.
