  1. It sure as **** wasn't performance based.

  2. i'm one of them and i'm very impressed with palin

    Mccain/Palin 2008

  3. they are republicans what do you expect,

  4. No, that's not why she was chosen.  Palin is anti-abortion, they're not trying to get Clinton supporters.  She was chosen because she's the consumate Republican, an honest person and a change from the do-nothing politicians.  This woman on her own has spurred a drill now and get off Arab oil movement.

  5. Your assuming that the only reason to support Palin is because she's a woman.  That's you and the other Dems.  That isn't the Republicans.

  6. I wasa Clinton supporter and campaign worker. I am not impressed with Palin. I am also not Republican. Anyone who was a Clinton supporter who votes for Palin is doing a great insult to Clinton. Palin is the total opposite of everything Clinton stands for. If you can vote for Palin, then you never knew Clinton.

  7. All McCain needs is the 4 Million who did.

  8. McCain bought himself the hatred of the religious right for opposing them in the past and for throwing Hagee under the bus after courting him to win their approval. Now that he does not think he meeds the moderate vote he is courting the religious extremists again.

Palin is a top flight religious fundamentalist extremist.

He is offering them a direct line into the White House in exchange for their support.

  9. The thing is, McCain chose her, based on the fact that she's a woman. I believe he did it for the shock value. Since he began campaigning people have joked about how ancient and old-fashioned he is. This was his way of saying "Look at me I'm hip, vote for me."

I believe the other reason had to do with the onslaught of people saying things like "I'm either voting for Obama or Clinton, so we'll make history." This way McCain can also be a history maker. It's just a sad attempt to get votes.

  10. Women are not stupid!.

Women are concerned with policies, their children , the economy, the war, womens rights and other real issues. McCain could have choosen anyone. It wouldn't have made a difference because the Republicans have had 8 years to prove themselves and all their shown us is they have no idea!.

  11. It's a plain fact, go ask them.

  12. Nope.  I think they voted for her because she is the closest thing to Bill they could get.

  13. yes. plus bill clinton.
