Do Republicans hate Joe Biden because he's poor?

Everybody knows that Republicans love to give tax cuts to rich people in the hope that they can buy their votes. Do Republicans hate Joe Biden because his votes can't be bought with tax cuts? I mean he doesn't even own a condo in Washington. He rides the train back and forth from Deleware every day.

Biden lives close enough to do that. I'm sure a person from Nebraska would just love to ride the train if it didn't take them a couple of days to get to D.C.

They hate him because 1) there is a big D next to his name and 2) he often speaks the Truth because he is well informed on Foreign Policy.

AP is reporting minutes ago that Joe Biden will be Barack Obama's vice Presidential pick!
