yes.  you have to kill them all!  GOOD ROACH IS A DEAD ROACH!  imagine a roach coming out of your half eaten sandwich.  That happened to me.  I threw up immediately.

They do not bite, but they can and do carry diseases. Roaches carry disease pathogens including (but not limited to) salmonella, streptococcus, E. coli, dysentery, hepatitis B, plague, and cholera.
