Generally speaking, do i treat San Marino in the same manner as an Italian company ?

Thinking of doing business with a Telco there and just want to think about it before i bid.

  1. Hi!

I am from Rimini, the city near San Marino.

I don't understand why, but it is more a fact of people abroad actually not knowing the existence of San Marino or either Rimini. Most of the Italian foreign good trades are actually done through San Marino.

San Marino has a per capita income which is pretty similar to the one in Luxembourg (very high!), and it's a fiscal paradise, just like the Cayman Islands. Most of the wealthiest people living in Rimini work in San Marino.

San Marino is very popular for businesses interested in trading goods between different countries as a tax-free and very convenient middle man.

I am not sure of what you would exactly like to know!

I also add that San Marino has a population of just 24,000 so that's probably why nobody has replied to you yet!
