Why do mature people keep asking this question? It's none of their business. If it is said that most guys don't wear anything under their kilts then thats the way it is.

Though the topic of wearing SOMETHING under a kilt will have mixed answers, (if you aren't given the stock answer of "my shoes") think for a moment what boxers look like. Kilts swing a bit. When walking, boxers would stick out. Other types of undergarments will stay closely hidden up near the naughty bits.
