Sertoli cells and if they appear at the beginning of puberty like spermatocytes??? And what junctional complexes connect them together?

  1. Sertoli cells lines and form the seminiferous tubules from the begin of male development.

    there is strong support that there is extensive tight junction between them to sepate the lumen from outside (blood).
