Besides winning a lot of money do the Slam winners get to keep anything? I know the trophies or plates are only kept as long as you remain runner-up or champion but do they get a smaller trophy or plate that they get to keep? A ring, anything (besides the money)? Also, are there any other tournaments where the trophy/plate is only kept as long as you are champion or runner-up (the master's cup maybe)?

  2. That's a GOOD question! I never thought about that. They probably get a replica for themselves to remember their victory.

  5. the only thing they get to keep is the trophy, the repleca of the trophy to place in there house... but the greatest thing they keep is there memories of winning a slam, and how they overcame a possible hard draw...

  6. yes they keep a replica of the trophy for them to keep in their homes for remembrance & as proof of them winning it.

  7. the winners get to keep a replica of the trophy.  which is smaller than the real one.  but if you are a runner up, you get the keep the runner up plate.  the replica is smaller than the runner up plate.
