Do Sony T.Vs Have The Ability To Over Heat?

After One Day Of Normal Telavison Watching and Till 3am Game Play? My Parents Swear That The T.V. Is Over Heated When It Is Not Emiting Any Sort Of Heat Or Signs Of Heat. So I Wanted To Know If It's Even Possible When It Wasn't Even Running That Long. It Came To The Point Where They Insisted No One Watch The T.V. Until 12:30 Today. Its a Big Screen T.V. Not Sure How To Describe It. Help Needed Preferably Within An Hour And A Half After Posted Time.

I think your parents just want you off the TV by 12 ..at least ..

All TV's emit heat  especially the plasma ones . but that is normal .. so think of it , does the TV keep your parents awake after midnight ?
