not a serial # but these guns were only made from 1949 to 1955 and there will be a number and letter in a small circle on the right side of the barrel and though the number means nothing the letter is a code for the year it was made a-49, b-50, c-51, d-52, e-53, f-54, g-55 so mine being a e24 is a 1953 model though this is not what you asked hope it helps
