Do Stouffers macaroni & cheese have trans fats in them?

I read the ingredients on it, and it says it has "Partially Hydrogenated / Hydrogenated Oils" And that's trans fat right? but on this link it says 0 grams of trans fat

Stay away from partially hydrogenated anything.  Google Stouffers and see if they have a Q&A forum or already posted info.
