Do Tail Gators also have those little birds to get their teeth cleaned?

Just wondering. I mean, they probably are pretty fast. Do the birds catch up with them eventually, or do tail gators have faster tooth cleaner birds than normal gators?

Here in the Philadelphia area, the tail gators are to be found outside the Lincoln Financial Field, in the parking lot, having emigrated from Veteran's Stadium. After eating, they go inside to see a different kind of bird, balled eagles. They don't clean teeth but have been known to clean the clocks of visiting teams
