  1. Luckily! Thailand is very open for religions. Because the fact that Thai are 70 % buddish and buddish doesn't teach or have anything against any other religion at all it basically teaching how to live peaceful life and be decent.

Only little group crazy people in south (just very little) Make it a problem for they want to make new country for just muslim people (they claimed ) but as you know terrorists are terrorist whatever religion they are.

To answer your question frankly Thai people doesn't really care what your religion holds as long as you are a good person.

We discriminated people a little (can;t say no at all) To be very honest by the way they treated our country or society like IF they make the town dirty or make a bad smell around, Look down on us or trying to take adventages from our country without any respectations.

Then it doesn't matter where they from or who they are We don't like them. :)

  2. No, definitely not. In fact, they enjoy much more freedom to practice their religion than in most countries. Christians are treated exactly the same.

Thais have no problems with different religions, provided you show some respect to their religion.

H.M the King is the protector of ALL faiths and those that don't have a religion. This is the only country on earth where the pope is not the head of the Roman Catholic Church. The king is head of the Roman Catholic Church in Thailand.

  3. WELL THE TRUTH IS EVERYONE DISCRIMINATE ABT EVERYONE.I AM AN INDIAN WITH MY COUNTRY HAVING THE LARGEST ISLAMIC POPULATION AND THE LARGEST NO OF PEOPLE DYING IN BOMBBLASTS.I KNOW ISLAM DOESN,T SUPPORTS TRRORISM BUT THEN WHY ARE ALL TERRORISTS IN MY COUNTRY ARE ALL MUSLIMS.ALL OVET THE WORLD.I AM A YOUNG BOY SO I USUALLY DON,T DISCRIMINATE BUT STILL HAVE A HITCH WHILE TALKING TO A MUSLIM.MY PARENTS JUST HATE M.

  4. There is much religious tolerance in Thailand.

  5. First of all... I'm not a Thai, I'm not Buddhist & definitely not a Muslim.

Well, I do have many Muslim friends who are nice and friendly here in my country.  But when ever we talk about religion. I couldn't understand why they have this Jihat in their Quran.  Having this in their Quran should not be approved by their local government in the first place.

I'm not an Anti-Islamic person but I totally agree with what SOLDIEROFGLORY said:  Why everywhere in the world the riot always created by the Muslim.  Correct me if I'm wrong.  I'm 37 yrs of age now and that's what I'm been witnessing around the world.  Muslim of this country riot; Muslim of that country riot.... It seems like it's never ending.

Why they like to claim every land that after they go after they established their population there??  They are breaking up people's land and rule by themselve.  No one would ever allow that to happen to their own country.

That's why I support Indis to get back Kashmir, Thailand and Philipines to be able to suppress the southern part.

Muslim always said they are being discriminated.  But seems like they are the one to discriminate others and wanting the world to follow Islamic.

I hope their (Muslim) ultimate objectives is not what I've mention above if not there will be no peace time in our life.  Coz no one would be suppressed to become another religion.  They will only convert to a religion if they felt that it's good for them and can really give a true peace.

Nobody like to see our own brothers, mother, sisters to killed or blast on the streets for the seek of religion difference.  If it happens to our country... I'll be the first one to revenge on such terrorist!

  6. Only if they carry bombs. Christians are OK, if they don't try to convert everyone around them.
