Question:

Do Thoughts and Ideas and Memories Have a "Frequency"?

Has there been any research made public regarding whether or not our minds, and perhaps our neural systems, function with identifiable frequencies, such as megahertz, gigahertz, and so on? If so, did it appear that such frequencies are static or dynamic? Possibly they are chemically alterable, fluctuating in response to biochemical factors or other such things?

This information is for research, to be given to a foreign novelist. So please, only intelligent answers. Thanks.
