They sure win the battle more than not, so I was just wondering, since building frame failures are "never" the fault of humans.

  1. I sent a bill to a tornado once, but it declared bankruptcy soon after.

Earthquakes are so hard to locate that getting them to pay is pointless.

Since hurricanes are more locatable and somewhat 'predictable,' I tried to mug one once.  It just spit in my eye and blew away my hat.

Next time I will hire a collections agency!
