Question:

Do Trust Really Protect Your Assests?

I own a successful business. I am concerned about a future illiness or frevolous lawsuit financially wiping me out.

Do trusts really work? Is there any other way to protect what I have worked so hard to accomplish?

  1. A Trust is used to pass on your estate to your heirs without probate after you die.  I think that you should speak with an attorney about whether "incorporating" your business will protect you.
