everyone knows the U.s. has suffered a decline in respect in recent years. Do you guys realise the importance of electing an educated, liberal forward thinking black man instead of a rich white 74year old man who is associated with george bush?

  1. I do.  We've got a chance to go back to being liked and respected in the world now, instead of being hated and feared.

What I don't understand is why we're pouring money into "Operation Iraqi Freedom" while Iraq is sitting on billions of dollars in surplus.  They should be funding their own war and paying us back for our help.

1/9/09  End of an error!  Party at my place.

  2. they are so arrogant and ignorant as well....but these are those americans who have never traveled outside u.s......if they dont care then why do they keep harassing sovereign countries and looting oil

  3. rather a rich white man whose more worried about where I live than a black man whose more worried about the rest of the world let them take care of themselves

  4. I as an American could care less what the world thinks of the USA..I do not know what country you are from but do you really care what I think of your country? Sorry to bring up school yard sayings but opinions are like a******s everyone has one.

  5. America, until the cold war, never cared one whit what the rest of the world thought about it. We quietly saved you all when you squabbled among yourselves, and when your socialist ideals got the better of you, (in the case of the n***s.) That's what America really is, a quiet champion of justice. We've only recently -had- to be a visible champion to combat the evil of  totalitarian communism. Now that its threat is over, I see no reason we can't go back to being a quiet, slightly distrusted champion.

  6. You know what? I don't care what the rest of the world thinks. I want a president thats working for the U.S. and our interests first. You worry about who you elect and we'll worry about who we elect.

EDIT: It doesn't matter what the world thinks or says about the United States, at the end of the day, you still need us!!

EDIT: Well, what bothers me is that the rest of the world thinks they know what is best for the United States. They don't really know any of these candidates, they only get to see the "rockstar" Obama on his tours and his popularity and socialist lean is what they like.

  7. What? You mean there are actually other places besides the US? You must be one of those crazy liberals...Oh and you probably think the planet is round too...and believe in "Global Warming".....crazy man.

  8. The US has been a very nationalistic country for many years now. As you see a lot of people don't know, don't want to know, and don't care about global issues until it bites them in the ***. n**i leader Hermann Goering once said, “Education is dangerous - Every educated person is a future enemy”. Some in our own government owe their careers to this "maxim".

  9. No, and I don't think the average American cares. In fact, I think some people would prefer that the rest of the world hate us, just so we can call ourselves different from all of them. They would prefer to vote so as to not, in their eyes, appease the rest of the world.

  10. What's the matter with all you people?!?  Don't you understand what this person is saying?  Ever since 9/11 and before that even, what happens in our country is world news.  Why do you think we have international policies?  OMG, get with the program and I don't mean our federally funded ones.  Some like to live within their own little worlds and not think globally.  From ancient times, the world has expanded its borders and politics has been at its center.  Always has been and always will be.  We are a very young country and the world is a small place.  You better start thinking about the whole picture and not just your tiny corner of it.  We are all in this together.  I am saddened that you can't see that. Joe, you say we are mates, yet before that you accuse those who disagree with you of being idiotic Jerry Springer show loving Americans.  Are you trying to insult or inform?  Just curious.
