So a student was caught on a p**n website at school and wound up getting expelled

Social norms and values are taught in school and must be maintained. That is one of the purposes of schooling. It was fair.

i dont think is fair justicecoz  this is worse than ripping their body apart,  what the f****k is the teacher got pay for......   they are there to teach and guide the students.....it should be alternative punishment  for such things expelling students doesn't bring any good image, they misinterpret students values,,,,,,,   we live our life in 21century... watching p**n is normal thing for teenagers,,,, this is violation of individual rights,.............. the principle should be use as  science experiment,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

well i think that isnt fair at all the school should be responsible for this because they should no better about restricting websites, because at my school if you go to a website that isnt allowed like myspace.com and etc. it will just say "WEBSITE RESTRICTED" . The principal should just give him a suspension thats it.

Fair.  Guy knew the rules, so if he was--sorry, but--dumb enough to get caught red-handed at school, that was the risk he took.

Yes it is fair.  Schools require that students and parents sign an internet usage agreement which states clearly what they can and cannot use the computers at school for.  However, the school should have also had a filter in place to ban those types of sites but ultimately the student is responsible for his actions.  Most schools now have Zero Tolerance which this type of act would most likely fall under.  He/She should have just waited until they got home to do their little p**n searches.

yes...why should you be on that type of website in school? And shouldn't those websites be filtered?

Unless it was some kind of illegal p**n, with underage kids etc. I think it might be a bit of an overreaction unless the kid a long prior history of misbehaviour.
