Do U get a throat reaction from raw Chard or golden beets?

I'n trying to figure out if I have an allergy or what the h**l. I did chard forever w/ no prob. now I get this sore throat like I always have w/golden beets.

Is it some type of acid unique to these vegis?

I can't eat those two veggies raw either. Even raw red beets give me a sore throat. The benefits of eating them cooked out-weigh cutting them out all together.
