The Marie Celeste, it´s said that it left the east coast of the US in the mid 1800 and was found some time later near Tripoli. Empty. Nobody onboard. It´s reported that it sailed at full speed (seems it was windy) and it didn´t crash into anything in the whole Atlantic cross and while passing the Gibraltar straight.

But there is nothing documented, it´s probably a legend.
