if its hot then totally. because all my cousins have REALLY expensive cell phones, because its something hot in india and they spend around rs. 30,000 each on one cell phone alone, because its shows a sign of status and in india, status is everything. but you also have to think that the middle class indian people are cheap and so they will think, why do we have to spend money for oxygen, when we can get it for free. so its just who you decide to sell your product to .

In Mumbai you can sell anything.   Why oxygen bar even if it is carbon di oxide bar, if you introduce the product at a high price and show it as a status symbol, you may wonder the sale volume. You should have the skill to cover people. that is all.  Good luck.
