Is there any way to fund out turnover/profit of an LLC or corporation based in the US?

  1. Yes. But only if have public share holding ( ie listed in any stock exchange ) They have to publish quarterly financial statements certified by a CPA or a CPA Firm.


  2. Only if they are on the stock exchange. This is because, the people, who have stock in a certian company, want know how there investment is doing, and why there dividend payment dropped 20points!!!
