  1. i think it depends what passport you have ,im a perm resident but i have an english passport and i do not need a visa


  2. Not to France, don't know about Germany.

  3. American's do not need a visa to go to Europe only every other country requires a visa to enter. You need a blue passport though. Otherwise , if you don't have it and have only a green card, you need a visa.

  4. You don't. The link below from the German Foreign Minister shows a list of that. Look under Vereinigte Staaten: says Nein (means: no)
