  1. No none they just stem from the same backgrounds!

    although the Italians are Romans and the Welsh are Celts. They both descended from the Iberian Peninsula


  2. probably not. We Italians were not big on roving and conquering and spreading our genetics. They might have Spanish blood as Spain was Imperialistic for a while.
