Do you go running/jogging?I'd really love to start because I just quit dancing and I'm already getting out of shape. (I play netball but it's not much) I need to do some form of exercise so I thought I'd try running around the park/neighbourhood. I just have a few problems...-I'm 15. Is it weird for a 15 year old girl to be running? Most of the people who I see running are like 20-30 so it's kind of embarrassing =/-How can I avoid running into people I know??..What do you do if you're like running around the park and then all of a sudden your friend turns up because she's walking her dog? -My parents aren't really supportive of it. This is kind of weird but is there any way I can kind of run in secret?-Oh and I also find the whole idea of running in public kind of embarrassing? How can I get over this!?I'm also open for suggestions of any other type of exercise that I could possibly do..yoga? aerobics? etc. Thankyou! =]
