Do You Ever Look Back On Your Baby Photo's & Think..?

What the heck were my parents/guardians thinking??

I was flick threw my childhood album today of pictures from when I was 7-9yo. Ohh I was so embarrassed to think my Foster Parents thought those clothes and hairstyles were fashionable!!

Now it has me worried about what my kids are going to think is embarrassing, that I think is trendy. lol!

LOL Charli i LOVED my old pictures and those of me in my lovely Shell Suits and Rara skirts along with my leg warmers and NO joke i love them lol

That is so funny you just posted this...I was just going through some old photo's of my son who is turning 19 today.  The stuff i dressed him in was awful and I thought it was so cute at the time!!  He looked like a geek!  What was I thinking??  That poor child!  But I swear!  He looked sooo cute back then!!  

Just goes to show that styles come and go.  Surely someone would have said something to me if he looked THAT bad!!  RIGHT??  LOL

Yes they were freaky - my mum loved the mohair cardigans and the tartan skirts when i was 6 and my brother had this bowl cut with these huge glasses - yep one thinks what were you thinking mother!!

Oh goodness, don't even get me started.

From the super short bangs to the floral print spandex pants I can't even begin to imagine what my parents were thinking.

In half my baby pictures (more preschool really) I'm dressed in huge baggy sweaters, spandex pants, or overalls. In the other half I'm wearing like floral print dresses and jumpers

As a toddler who had a bowl cut and wore the most terrible clothes, yes I do. But our children will probably do the same some day!

Ohhhhhhhhhhh yes i have pics of my hair crimped, dressed in all acid wash denim and ofcourse ra-ra skirts with sock pulled up over my knees, but as a baby green crushed velvet onesies OMG what were they thinking LOL:)

Well, I only have a few photos from my childhood (my parents were not very attentative) and I also seemed to have the same green cord pants and holly hobby skivy on.

It is funny though because when I was a teenager the fluro colours and puffy paint shirts were in (WHAM! days) and now I am buying fluro tops for my 15 year old.

im so embarrased by my school photos,, i was the most daggiest kid there,, i looked like i was off the streets

my kids laugh at them,, so i keep them hidden away,, its like i was made to look like c**p cos it was photo day

glad my kids dont have to go through that, i take extra care on special photo days xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
