Do You Ever Wonder Why Your Questions and Best Answers Don't Total 100%?

I'm really curious. Why do I have 11% best answers and 88% other answers? I've looked at a few other people's answers? Is my math wrong? What's up with this?

I think it's a new type of math that yahoo invented,mine only add up 99% too, I noticed it  a few weeks ago.

Yahoo could display your "total amount of ignored answers"...but who really wants that? :P
