Do You Know This Old TV Show From The Late 80's to 90's?

ok so ive been searching and searching. there used to be this old tv show and i remember that there was a class in it with kids and drawing tables very wacky colored rooms she used to teach arts and crafts once i remmeber she taught you how to make beads from paper and a jel pocket by taking food coloring and mixing it with water and sparkles and then taking a clear plastic pouch and puting the glitter and foodcoloring and sealig it up with heat it was an awsome show and once they were all done they used to go in a studio that had street sighns and they went to an icecream shop. thats pretty much all i could remember but i was heart broken when it stpped playing does anybody know what show this is by any chance?
