Do You Know Where I Can get a Free Domain?

Im looking For a free domain all the places i have looked at so far say they are free and when you look into it they arnt can you please help

I also know that when you have verizon, you get a free domain along with your e-mail serive. However, you would have to pay for the verizon in the first place ;)

You can have myname.co.cc - it's free, and you can either point it to a free hosting account using URL forwarding, or actually set up the name servers.  It's one of the better sites I've seen.

There's really no such thing as a free domain. There are cheap domains and there are free domains if you sign up with some company to be you host/server.

For example, HostMonster will give you a free domain if you sign up with them. Then they will offer you a great deal of $6.95 a month for them being your host/server (the place where your website is stored) but, you'll have to sign up for 2 years and pay everything up front so really you're paying like $160 for 2 years of serves and a "free" domain name. I think HostMonster is a little less that the price I gave.
