I find it very hard to focus on one thing. If I go to a sports match, or to watch a film, or if I am at a conference or whatever, I know that I need to concentrate, but after a few minutes, I find that my mind has wandered on to something completely different and I have missed some of whatever I am watching. I refocus and after a few minutes, the same thing has happened. Do you find the same? What did you do to help you keep your attention on things?
