After Losing To India I Thought Once A Time They may Lose But After seeing their performance against struggling West Indies who have won a test series long time ago i doubt about Australia's championship reign. Although Australia have won 2-0 but in all 3 tests west indians have given them run for money.

  1. yes

  2. No wrong prediction...  why is it that indian are so obsessed of Australia? why dont you focus your attention to your team india who lost to pakistan just recently.

  3. You neglect to mention that the Aussies only lost a one day series againat India, not the proper game , which they deservedly won. The Windies were never in with a realistic sniff  and SA proved they are on a par with India in the recent series, so the Aussies still reign supreme and until results show otherwise to speculate about their demise is ignorant and wishful.

I am English, and have not said India are overrated, you are making a big thing about a pointless one day victory, using it to question a countries undoubted quality, all I am saying is you have no substance in your statement. I have also made no criticism of anyone , just pointed out facts.......

  4. I will say they are going to be challenged very hard in almost every game they play from now onwards ...

Things are shapping up to very interesting, I would suggest not to miss any Aussie match from now on!

  5. As I South African, I must say YES, YES, YES.

  6. YES !!

wait for a short time !!

  7. YES! Australia is no longer the team it was.India is ready to acquire their place. Some people said that the proper format of the game(the tests) were won by the Aussies(had it not been for Mr Bucknor India would have won that too),but it is surprising that they were more concerned about the ODI series loss and larger numbers had turned up at the ODI matches than tests. And as for India's loss to Pakistan,we won one one and lost one, nothing much.Although I agree that with the high standards that we have set we should have won that too.

  8. austrlia's days as champion are numbered with the riterment of the greeat adamgilchrist&bradhogg.now it's a fight between india, southafrica, pakistan, australiato be the champions of the cricket&the best and hardworking team will deserve it

  9. Yes ! Ofcoz...!! Srilanka will get its place !

  10. Ye, surely Australia is losing its charm.

In near future, it will be no longer considered as a world champions' team; no one will be frightened of them as opponents and they would surely slid down the rankings of ICC.

So, friends just wait and watch...................

  11. All-time test match relative performance: Australia (1000); West Indies (974); England (971); South Africa (966); Pakistan (965); Sri Lanka (958); India (944); New Zealand (895); Zimbabwe (857); Bangladesh (708).

Current test match relative performance: Sri Lanka (1000); South Africa (991); Australia (987); India (915); England (895); New Zealand (863); Pakistan (804); West Indies (793); Bangladesh (624).

Australia lost some great players (Shane Warne, Adam Gilchrist, Glenn McGrath, Justin Langer and before that the Waugh brothers, etc). They are in the process of making up the team. The loss in form is just about 1.3% which they will make up, I am sure. Just wait and have patience.

  12. That can be answered only after looking at their performance in some ODIs.

But, I still would like to believe that their days are over!! :D:D
