Do You Think I Should Eat Lunch Now?

I am kind of freaking out because i woke up late today, so my eating schedule is a little off. I woke up around 10 and ate breakfast (4oz yogurt with berries, granola bar, and some juice) and then around 12 i drank an Ensure (i have to add these for extra calories-- i have to gain weight). Anyways, it's going on 2:30 here and i was wondering if it would be a good time to eat lunch or if i should wait (i was thinking of having a tuna sandwich and some fruit or something). I was going to go do a little strength training at the gym in about an hour, so should i eat lunch now?

And i wish i could tell if i was hungry, but my hunger ques are all messed up from my eating disorder. I can never tell when i am hungry.

  1. i would say go ahead and eat. then go to the gym and eat a little snack after. =]


  2. Skip the lunch and prepare yourself for a sumptuous dinner.

  3. ya i think you should eat lunch now and maybe add a little more since your probably missing your afternoon snack and then eat dinner at around 6 30.  

  4. I think you should eat after you exercise because if you eat now and you exercise then the food you ate will probably coil up in your stomach. Eat after you exercise!

  5. I'm not an expert in any way, shape or form. But I say since you are trying to gain weight eat every 2-3 hours, experts are now saying more smaller meals throughout the day is better than the 3 meals. So yeah at 2:30/now go ahead and eat you'll find right in the 2-3 hour mark.
