I am kind of freaking out because i woke up late today, so my eating schedule is a little off. I woke up around 10 and ate breakfast (4oz yogurt with berries, granola bar, and some juice) and then around 12 i drank an Ensure (i have to add these for extra calories-- i have to gain weight). Anyways, it's going on 2:30 here and i was wondering if it would be a good time to eat lunch or if i should wait (i was thinking of having a tuna sandwich and some fruit or something). I was going to go do a little strength training at the gym in about an hour, so should i eat lunch now?
And i wish i could tell if i was hungry, but my hunger ques are all messed up from my eating disorder. I can never tell when i am hungry.
