Would you be more reluctant to help them if you knew their history of not picking best answer to their own questions?

  1. sometimes i don't because they can't find an answer that is good enough and maybe most of their answers are stupid answers. but if the person just asks and not pick a best answer, then yes it is annoying


  2. If there is no answer to his belief would satisfy his question, I do not see anything rude about it.

  5. Yeah it bothers the h**l out of me. And yes, if I knew they don't pick, I wouldn't answer.

  7. sometimes, as the asker, you just CANT pick a best answer.

  8. sometimes people get caught up in other things, they check their answers and it really helps them but they get distracted by something else,  or they like more than one answer and might feel it's too hard to pick just one... i've had all of these happen to me!

  14. well kind of because we work hard to try to help them and then they dont even bother to pick a best answer. but also on the other hand its their choice.

  15. It wouldn't effect my choice to help them, but I do sorta find it rude.

    I set my settings to email me when I make best answer, and I always go back and read what the asker wrote to my answer.

    I like it when they write something, it makes me annoyed when they just write "." or something instead of giving feedback.

    it's like, come on, we helped answer your question, you can't say thanks?

    Or when people only give one star, I don't know the purpose of the stars, but I mean, come on, one star?

    It probably doesn't effect most people since they just write one line answers, but if you check my answer history, I always write a few paragraphs and try my best to help, feedback is just a nice addition aha. I'm sure they have their reasons though, perhaps they are busy or something.

    Anyway, rant over!
