nope, if you had a big time band and had people illegally downloading music and not gaining any money but the program that was letting people download was making money you wouldn'y try to stop it?

nope, you don't arrest the home owner when they get burglarized.

Those people knew exactly what they were doing, and even though Metallica would not miss the couple thousands they lost, its still wrong.

Napster basically stole I Disappear, they completely LEAKED it, and as much as I would love to have Death Magnetic today, I'd rather have it when Metallica intends to release it.
