Do You Think The Russia/Georgia Situation will lead to WW3?

Just wonderin if anyone has any predictions, I love history and I have a feeling its repeating itself here....

Not now it won't. Maybe at  the start of the conflict it might have escalated

to a nuclear exchange. A global war like the second world war cannot happen again since a nuclear exchange will be short and swift. And it will be final.

Anything is possible.. I think people in power love to make war.. Who knows.. I pray it does not ever come to this.

Yes - if other countries get involved.  Or it can bring about Ezekiel's War - per the Bible (see below link)...

In 2003, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon video game came out.

Its plotline involves a Russian invasion of Georgia in, get this, March 2008. And the games ends with a NATO invasion of Red Square.

That being said, American industries have way too much power in Congress, and way to much money invested in Russia and China, for such a thing to happen. Mark my words, the next few wars will be started when situations threaten US industries overseas. Georgia doesn't have oil, farmland, industry, mineral deposits, etc. It's not a linchpin of the American economy. We'll leave it alone.
