  2. YES IT IS ALOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GETTING THEM

  3. Yes, it sounds like a scam.  Have you ever heard of or dealt with Fastway?  I doubt it.

  4. Yes, of course it's a scam...do remember entering such a thing?

  5. Yes, this is a scam!!

  6. It is a scam!

Those telephone numbers are neither London nor Manchester numbers.

Ignore the emails and delete them.

  7. If i had a penny for every crank caller wanting to give me $14 million dollar or telling me i have won a lottery that i did not even enter! better still, those nice Nigerians (no offence intended to decent folk) who write to tell me that some long lost relative has died in an horrific road accident in Nigeria and that i am the only living relative etc. and, that they have left over $30 million to me, but, that i have to send this nice caring chap £2000 of my own money to `clear up the paperwork` yeah right..... swivel on this mate! Mind you, there are some that do!        suckers......... Greedy ones at that.

  8. Yes most likely a scam. No legitimate business would ask you for your bank account information and other private information by sending you an e mail.

  9. If you didn't enter, you don't win.  Definately a scam.

  10. Best thing you can do is call yahoo.

But it does sound like a scam.  First did you enter a Yahoo lotery or ever hear of one?  Yahoo would have informed you without using a courier party.

You should notify Yahoo that this is going on.  They will be able to tell you what is up.  Dont use the contact info in the letter, get it off the yahoo website.

  11. This type of scam was highlighted a couple of months ago in one of the consumer programs, you end up having to pay the courier etc plus they sting you for an admin fee etc
