That would be great if you could.  But those phones are all internal lines only.  You can not call out side on them.  There is a phone for the bullpen & a phone for the clubhouse that also goes to the front office.  Or at least that is what I was told at 2 different ballpark tours that I have done (D-Backs & Angels)
