Do You Use A Plec With An Acoustic Guitar ...?

Does anyone use a plec when you play an acoustic guitar ??

I do most of the time, it's a louder, more crisp sound than without ;)

i do... but i sometimes practise with my fingers. it's much easier if you've learnt classical guitar because you use your fingers then but for rock songs they don't...

I normally use a plectrum whether I'm playing acoustic or electric but I sometimes fingerpick as well.

I always end up biting my nails subconsciously... so yeah, I have to use a plectrum.

It all depends what Im playing a plectrum seems to give it a louder sound but your finger nails work equally well
